At Lekto Woodfuels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your heating products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your unopened woodfuels within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Prepare the Goods
Ensure all woodfuels, briquettes, or logs are in their original, unopened packaging and secured on the original pallet if applicable.
Collection or Drop-off
We will arrange for a courier collection from your address or provide instructions for returning smaller parcels via a local drop-off point.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in resaleable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
