What types of woodfuels do you offer?
We specialize in a wide range of premium woodfuels, including ultra-dry heat logs, kiln-dried birch and ash logs, bark briquettes for overnight heating, and natural firelighters.
How should I store my woodfuel products?
To maintain maximum burning efficiency, all woodfuels should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated area. Briquettes and heat logs must be kept away from moisture as they are highly compressed and will expand if they get wet.
What is the 'Ready to Burn' certification?
All Lekto Woodfuels products are 'Ready to Burn' certified, meaning they have a moisture content below 20%. This ensures a cleaner burn, more heat output, and less soot buildup in your chimney.
How long does delivery take?
We offer fast nationwide delivery. Most orders are processed and delivered within 2-4 working days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Can I use your products in a smoke-controlled area?
Yes, many of our products are suitable for use in DEFRA-approved appliances within smoke-controlled areas. We recommend checking your specific appliance manual for compatibility.
